We collect information you provide directly (name, email, clinic information, appointment data) and information generated through Platform usage (analytics, logs, performance data). We do not collect patient health information (PHI) unless specifically configured by the healthcare organization.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to provide and improve our services, process payments, send communications (reminders, confirmations), generate analytics and ROI reports, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers (payment processors, communication providers) necessary to operate the Platform. All service providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, audit logging, and regular security reviews. We use Microsoft Azure infrastructure for data hosting.
5. Data Retention
We retain account and operational data for the duration of the subscription plus 90 days. Analytics and aggregated data may be retained longer in anonymized form. You may request data deletion at any time.
