Meditropia is intended for use by licensed healthcare organizations for managing scheduling, communications, payments, and analytics workflows. Users must comply with all applicable healthcare regulations in their jurisdiction.
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Platform to transmit spam or unsolicited communications, misrepresent patient data, circumvent security controls, reverse-engineer Platform software, or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
3. Content Standards
All communications sent through the Platform (SMS, voice, email) must comply with applicable regulations including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and state-specific healthcare communication rules.
4. Enforcement
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy. Repeated violations may result in permanent account termination.
