1. Agreement

By accessing or using Meditropia ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Meditropia is operated by CloudFran Technologies ("we," "us," "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Meditropia is an AI-powered healthcare workflow and revenue platform that provides scheduling automation, patient communication, payment processing, intake management, and analytics services for healthcare organizations.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Subscription & Billing

Meditropia offers subscription-based plans with usage-based fees. Pricing is described on our Pricing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly. Usage fees are calculated based on appointment volume and payment processing activity. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Healthcare Disclaimer

Meditropia is a workflow and operations platform. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition. Healthcare organizations remain fully responsible for all clinical decisions and patient care.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudFran Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease and your data will be retained for 90 days before deletion, unless you request earlier removal.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
